Leather and Cowhides:

All R6J leather products are handmade using some of the highest quality authentic leather available. Each hide is unique – no 2 hides are exactly the same. Some may have a ranch brands or partial brands as well as discoloration or spots that may appear as a blemish but in reality is a unique spot because of real authentic skins.

Return Policy:

No refunds – all sales are final unless it’s our mistake. This includes sale items and discontinued items.

R6J Leather guarantees a product free from manufacturing defects. If we’ve made a mistake and there is a defect, let us know within 5 days of receiving your item as long as it is not damaged or used and we will issue a store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and it must also be in the original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping:

Most in-stock products ship within 5 days of receiving payment. Personalized customized items may take longer.

Please know that no standard delivery time is guaranteed by USPS. Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority or First Class depending on weight and usually arrive between 2-7 business days after being shipped.

R6J Custom Leather is not responsible for lost packaged with USPS. If your package has been lost, please file a claim with your local post office. Nor are we responsible for incorrect address provided for shipping.
