We specialize in handcrafted leather products, customized gifts, and business promotional items, but our capabilities don’t stop there. With multiple industrial sewing machines and two hard‑working laser machines in our shop, we’re able to bring a wide range of ideas to life—from fully hand‑carved pieces to precision‑engraved designs made just for you.

Meet the Team

Joy is the creative heart behind our hand‑carved leather pieces. With a lifelong passion for art and creativity, Joy began working with leather as a hobby—making unique gifts for family and close friends. As more people saw her work, demand quickly grew, and what started as a creative outlet became the foundation of R6J Custom Leather.

Elizabeth handles the majority of customer orders and day‑to‑day communication. While her main profession is training horses and giving lessons, she has a strong interest in the social media and business side of R6J Custom Leather. She enjoys connecting with customers, sharing our work, and continuing to learn what it takes to grow a retail business.

Randy is the behind‑the‑scenes backbone of the business. He manages the finances and brings his creativity to life through booth design and construction—so if you see us set up at a show or event, chances are Randy built it.
